Thanks for sharing these useful tips. It is important to brush, floss and rinse your mouth and teeth at least twice daily. We need to use a good toothbrush and toothpaste to keep teeth healthy and avoid bad breath. I change my toothbrush every month and I use
Aquafresh Mild & Minty Toothpaste Pump
and I have never had a bad breath problem.

Thank you for sharing such useful tips. Might i add that drinking plenty of water is also a good way to remove the bacteria in your mouth thus preventing bad breath.

I have been using ARV for so long and i have a great bad mouth odor that i don't know the cause or what i will do to get rid of it because my husband has been complainig about that even sometimes he would't kiss me though to my bad breath and you know he is a very clean guy like that, so please help me out for i don't know what to do about it.
